Fairy Knowe Backpackers Lodge is set on the Touw River, overlooking the Wilderness National Park. Situated in the middle of the Garden Route, Wilderness is a paradise for nature and adventure lovers alike, with plenty on offer: Paragliding, Abseiling, Hiking, Scuba Diving, Canoeing, Kloofing, Cycling Horse Riding, Beach walks, Bird & Whale Watching.
The colonial African rooms are tastefully decorated and guarantee a relaxed, rustic and comfortable stay. A variety of accommodation options are available, Double En Suites, Double rooms and Small Dorms (6 people max in a room). Fairy Knowe is the perfect place to experience Africa as it was and is a delightful mix of traditional homestead and safari lodge. All rooms have built in safes for your valuables and the bathrooms are clean and have plenty of hot water. The camping sites on the 6ha property wonderfully positioned under the Milkwood trees.
