Ubuntu Easy Living Lodge is situated in the heart of South African surf-country, Jeffrey's Bay, and caters to fun-loving people looking for an epic yet affordable base. It's a mere 100m to the magical Supertubes, and there are great wave-views from around the house.
Activities available range from surf lessons, sandboarding, beach horse-rides, shopping at the Billabong Factory and stunning beach walks, to extreme chilling and relaxing in the comfort of the guesthouse.
Whether your dream be flying down the line in perfect surf at the point, watching lions on a game drive, or simply collecting sea shells on our dolphin-rich coast, we aim to turn your dreams into treasured memories.
Ubuntu is run by a pair of travellers, for travellers. The backpackers is tastefully designed with original artworks produced by the owners, and the three levels allow for plenty of space to relax, mingle or just take in the great view.
Ubuntu offers delicious evening meals, ranging from traditional African dishes to Eastern and Western Styles. Dinners are a set-menu each night, and meals are generally shared around a communal dining table overlooking the tropical garden.
