Hermanus backpackers is a five minutes walk into the centre of town and two minutes from the ocean for incredible whale watching from July to December.
They have plenty of space and many different types of rooms to choose from. Standard dormitory with 6 or 7 beds, private rooms, twins and double rooms with shared bathroom facilities, up-market en-suite doubles and a lovely self catering cottage with own lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bunk beds, upstairs is a double loft bedroom with en-suite. All beds are supplied with clean fresh linen, duvets and pillows. Dormitory rooms have lockers for your convenience and there is a safe in reception also.
